Revenue reviews
Revenue reviews are informational and do not create a client relationship, commitment, or professional advice. A specific scope, pricing, and performance expectations are set only in a separate written agreement.
Project engagements
Services, pricing, timelines, responsibilities, intellectual-property rights, and performance expectations are governed only by a separate written agreement accepted by Apex and the client.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive information, interfere with operation, scrape the service abusively, or use demonstrations to harm or impersonate another person.
No guaranteed outcomes
Recovery, booking, and paid-demand outcomes depend on many factors outside Apex’s control. We do not guarantee closed revenue, booked appointments, lead volume, advertising performance, uptime, or specific business outcomes through this site.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this public site or demonstration features.
