For roofing owners
Every call answered. Nobody dials the next company.
A ceiling starts leaking at 8pm. The homeowner doesn’t wait on hold or leave a voicemail. They call the next roofing company until someone books the job. Apex answers every call, 24/7, and books it.
Nothing charged until it books you 3 jobs. Month to month.
How it works
Your receptionist runs every call, 24/7.
Your phones answered in your company’s name, day and night, so nobody on your team stops what they’re doing to grab one. Whoever answers them now gets their day back.
- Every call, at any hour: 2 PM or 2 AM, up to ten at the same time. Nobody waits on hold.
- It answers in your company’s name, gets the problem, the address and a day, and books it into the windows you set. Every booking reaches you right away with a calendar invite, even when you’re up on a roof.
- You keep your number. Forward it once and every call goes to your receptionist. One code turns it off.
- You set the rules on a 10-minute form: jobs to book, jobs to turn away, what it can say about price, what counts as an emergency.
- Before it goes live, we call it three ways and send you the recordings. Nothing goes live until you say yes.
- Every call is recorded, with a short summary after each one and a report every Monday.
One job
We only do the phones.
No ads. No website. No marketing retainer. When a customer calls your roofing company, the phone gets answered and the job gets booked. Judge us on that and nothing else.
Nothing is charged until it books your first 3 jobs. Then one flat monthly fee: month to month, no per-call charges, no cancellation fee. David gives you the exact number on the phone.
A booked job means a real customer appointment with a name, phone number, street address and a day. Test calls, spam and cancelled appointments never count, and a request your office hasn't confirmed waits until it is.
Test it yourself
Type your number. Your phone rings in seconds.
Not a recording. It calls you answering as your company. You play the homeowner with a problem. Try to get off the phone without booking.

Straight answers
What owners ask first.
I already have an answering service. Why switch?
You don't have to. Run one check: call your own number and ask for a price. Does your service book the job while you're on the line, or take a message someone has to chase? If it books, you're set. If it takes messages, the caller who hears "we'll call you back" is already dialing the next company. We answer every call and book it on the line. Nothing is charged until we book your first 3 jobs.
Do you also do ads, a website or marketing?
No. We only do the phones, and that's why we're this good at them. Keep whoever runs your marketing. We'll close the calls it brings in.
Who is actually answering my calls?
An AI voice built to sound natural and to close, not to take messages. Straight up: it answers in your company's name, and if a caller asks, it says it's your company's automated assistant. You hear it yourself before any customer does. It answers every call, 24/7, up to ten at the same time, so nobody gets a busy signal or voicemail.
What if a caller wants a real person?
It books the job or takes a message with their name, number and what they need, and sends it to you right away by email, text or both, as you pick in setup, so you or your office can call back. If you turn it on in setup, a true emergency rings your cell while the caller waits. It doesn't transfer any other call.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Your number never moves. You set call forwarding once from your phone, which takes about 5 minutes, and every call goes to your receptionist. One code turns it off.
Does it book into ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber?
Not directly yet. Each booking reaches you right away with a calendar invite and everything your office needs. Entering it takes about 30 seconds.
When am I charged?
Nothing until it books your first 3 jobs. A booked job is a real customer appointment with their name, phone number, street address and a day. Test calls, spam and cancelled appointments never count, and a request your office hasn't confirmed waits until it is. After that it’s one flat monthly fee, month to month, with no per-call charges.
Is there a contract?
There's a short written agreement, but it's month to month. Email us 15 days before the next billing period and it stops there. No cancellation fee.
Can you guarantee me jobs?
Nobody honest can promise you a number of jobs or dollars, and we won't. What we do promise: every call it takes gets worked like a closer, you see every call and every booking, and you pay nothing until it has booked 3.
